Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Robert Half is a highly trusted tactical and emergency response organization focused on life-saving products and solutions. They are seeking an Amazon & DTC Channel Manager to optimize their Amazon marketplace strategy, expand direct-to-consumer revenue, and manage external retail partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Amazon marketplace strategy and performance
- Manage the relationship with external retail and marketplace partners, including MBRs and QBRs
- Optimize Amazon listings, A+ Content, catalog structure, SEO, PPC campaigns, and overall product visibility
- Grow Amazon sales while managing approximately a $100K Amazon budget and expanding advertising investment
- Build and manage Amazon reporting, executive scorecards, and channel performance metrics
- Develop and execute Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) growth strategies
- Manage marketing automation including onboarding, nurture campaigns, win-back campaigns, and customer retention initiatives
- Execute account segmentation and house account strategy
- Support outbound marketing efforts and trade show lead follow-up
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, and other departments
- Identify opportunities to drive traffic through content optimization, Amazon best practices, and influencer marketing
- Develop the long-term Amazon roadmap, including launching an Amazon Storefront and building an internal Amazon team
Skills
- Hands-on Amazon Seller Central Experience (Non-Negotiable): Must include Brand Registry, PPC, A+ Content, listing optimization, and Amazon Marketplace management
- Proven Revenue Growth: Demonstrated experience growing brands and revenue through Amazon, with expertise in driving traffic, improving conversions, and scaling marketplace performance
- Experience with automation platforms
- ActiveCampaign preferred, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar
