Skills
- Strong finance and financial planning skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and oversee general accounting practices
- Proficiency in financial reporting and the use of analytical skills to interpret financial data and trends
- Extensive experience in corporate finance leadership, preferably in a growth-oriented or services-based business
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, tax principles, and best practices in internal controls and risk management
- Ability to lead and develop finance teams, communicate complex financial information clearly, and partner effectively with senior leadership
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach suited to an entrepreneurial, on-site environment
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is beneficial
