They are seeking a Clinical Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for clinicians, focusing on sourcing and engaging qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic sourcing and marketing plans for assigned practice opportunities
- Source, screen, and qualify physicians and advanced practice clinicians for open positions
- Present qualified candidates to facility medical directors and recruitment leadership
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing efforts, networking, referrals, and market research
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, social media, professional networking, database mining, and other sourcing channels
- Establish TeamHealth's presence within assigned geographic territories and build relationships within the clinical community
- Respond promptly to provider inquiries regarding career opportunities
- Gather and maintain candidate information, including CVs, credentials, and supporting documentation
- Ensure candidates complete required information and documentation throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with senior recruiters, recruitment directors, operations leaders, and support teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and databases to accurately document recruiting activity and maintain data integrity
- Assist with credentialing and risk management processes by obtaining required information and clarification from providers as needed
- Coordinate reference checks and collaborate with support teams to ensure timely completion of hiring requirements
- Stay informed on physician staffing trends, competitive intelligence, and healthcare recruitment best practices
- Represent TeamHealth at conferences, residency programs, career fairs, and recruitment events
- Consistently achieve departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
