The role involves overseeing financial reporting and forecasting, acting as a trusted business partner to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly management accounting and commercial analysis to maximize profitability and top-line growth
- Evaluate business unit performance to flag financial risks and execute operational turnarounds
- Report high-level financial insights and operational performance directly to executive boards and C-suite leaders
- Own the end-to-end planning cycle, consolidating cross-functional P&L, balance sheet, and liquidity statements
- Present annual plans and mid-year forecasts while clearly highlighting core strategic risks and rewards
- Utilize scenario analysis and corporate modelling to stress-test future business decisions
- Partner with senior division directors to steer financial success across assigned sectors
- Steer strategic transformation and growth initiatives through analytical guidance and rigorous financial challenge
