[Remote] Compliance Reporting Program Manager

They are seeking a Compliance Reporting Program Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of compliance and regulatory reporting initiatives across the organization, partnering with various teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of compliance and regulatory reporting across cross-functional teams
• Partner with Compliance and business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate reporting requirements into actionable deliverables
• Manage intake, prioritization, timelines, approvals, and delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting requests
• Support report validation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication to ensure accurate and timely reporting outcomes
• Maintain reporting documentation and identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and cross-team coordination

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, reporting operations, or related roles
• Experience supporting reporting or analytics workflows, including requirements gathering, coordination, and delivery
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including issue identification, debugging, and resolution coordination across teams
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and foundational data concepts such as data validation, report logic, and structured datasets
• Experience with regulatory, audit, or compliance reporting in healthcare, payer, or provider environments
