Core Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Act as a liaison between careerzynith, our diverse customer base, and patients, ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints.
- Resolve routine and complex customer requests related to careerzynith products or services via inbound/outbound calls, email, or web chat.

Essential Qualifications
