Position Overview
The Business Backing Tasks group at careerzynith is seeking a dynamic, self‑driven Customer Support Account Representative to join our remote team. This full‑time role focuses on partnering with Customer Success Account Managers (CSAMs) to drive execution excellence, streamline processes, and elevate the overall customer journey. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with CSAMs, channel partners, and internal cross‑functional teams—including Order Management, Integrated Operations, Record Receivable, and Customer Service Leaders—to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
- Own the end‑to‑end Order Flow Process with partners, from order booking through shipment, guaranteeing that service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.
- Maintain and analyze post‑sale metrics, backend business health indicators, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead regular calls and order reviews with channel partners, providing clear insights, performance dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
