Our Data Entry Clerks are the backbone of our information‑management ecosystem. By ensuring that every client file, financial record, and legal document is accurately captured, you enable our advisors, legal teams, and senior leadership to make informed decisions quickly. Key Responsibilities
- Document Preparation & Filing: Assemble, organize, and file client documentation, ensuring compliance with internal naming protocols and provincial regulations.
- Data Accuracy & Transfer: Extract information from Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other sources, then accurately input it into our proprietary Ascend platform.
- Client & Creditor Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries from creditors, debtors, and internal stakeholders, providing clear updates and requesting missing information when needed.
- Legal & Regulatory Support: Conduct searches for insolvency filings, Personal Property Security Act registrations, and property valuations; calculate income, surplus income obligations, and realizable values.
- Electronic Filing & DocuSign Management: Prepare statutory documents for electronic filing, generate DocuSign packages, and ensure all signatures are captured correctly.
- Collaboration with Administration Teams: Work closely with the administration department to resolve complex issues, interpret legal requirements across multiple provinces, and support the preparation of sign‑up documents.
- Quality Assurance: Review files for completeness, verify the accuracy of sign‑up documents, and ensure compliance with policy standards before filing with the Official Receiver.
- Confidentiality & Data Protection: Safeguard client information, maintain strict confidentiality, and follow careerzynith’s data‑security protocols at all times.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data‑entry processes, suggest enhancements to our software tools, and contribute ideas for operational efficiency.
- Ad‑hoc Projects: Participate in special initiatives, such as data‑migration efforts, system upgrades, or seasonal workload spikes, as directed by management.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in high‑volume data entry with a track record of exceptional accuracy (error rate < 0.5%).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and a quick aptitude for learning new software platforms.
