- Identify and classify document types (e.g., claim forms, medical records, eligibility documents) based on provided guidelines.
- Review, verify, and validate entered data to meet or exceed careerzynith’s rigorous quality standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of PHI, adhering to HIPAA and internal security protocols.
- Collaborate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional staff to resolve data ambiguities.
