OTT Advisors is seeking a remote Advertising Operations Specialist to support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. The role involves managing campaign setup, monitoring performance, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage campaign setup, trafficking, and quality assurance to ensure accurate and timely launches across advertising platforms
- Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain campaign goals
- Support live event advertising operations, including schedule management, inventory oversight, and real-time delivery monitoring
- Execute creative updates, asset swaps, troubleshooting, and campaign maintenance as needed
- Pull, validate, and distribute campaign performance reports while ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Analytics, and Operations teams to support campaign execution and client objectives
- Investigate delivery discrepancies and recommend solutions to optimize campaign performance
- Maintain campaign documentation, trafficking records, and operational best practices
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising operations and video ad trafficking via Google Ad Manager
- Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, pacing, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience supporting live events, streaming media, CTV, or video advertising
