Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Granum is the leading software company devoted to serving landscapers and arborists across North America. The Digital Marketing Manager will own the performance of the company’s website and paid media across multiple brands, driving pipeline through enhanced website experiences and managing agency relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own the performance of granum.com and the paid media engine across three brands (LMN, Greenius, and SingleOps)
- Drive pipeline through better website experiences, a stronger technical SEO/AEO foundation, and a rigorously managed paid media program
- Manage the agency relationship: brief them, hold them to performance targets, and ensure alignment with pipeline goals
- Keep the website working hard for the business — conversion paths, landing page infrastructure, CRO, and technical foundation
- Report to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation and partner closely with Demand Gen Managers, Content Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations, external paid media agency, and Product Marketing
- Oversee website performance including conversion rates, user flows, and page-level performance across granum.com and brand pages
- Design experiments for the CRO program, set hypotheses, call winners, and build the test backlog
- Manage technical SEO/AEO foundation including schema, redirects, site architecture, indexation, and core web vitals with external dev agency support
- Maintain landing page infrastructure and self-serve enablement for DGMs
- Day-to-day management of the agency partnership, including weekly check-ins, briefing cycles, creative feedback, and performance reviews
- Translate DGM pipeline priorities into clear agency briefs and review agency reporting critically
- Conduct weekly and monthly reporting across website, paid media, and SEO/AEO performance, including variance analysis
- Translate performance into clear language for DGMs and marketing leadership
Skills
- 4–6 years in digital marketing in B2B SaaS, with hands-on ownership of website performance and CRO
- Experience managing or closely partnering with an external paid media agency
- Comfort with paid media performance data
- Real CRO experience
- Familiarity with technical SEO and emerging AEO/AI-driven discovery
- Strong project management skills, including managing external agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholders
