- You can explain marketing automation concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Skills
- 3+ years of digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing automation experience
- Hands-on Oracle Eloqua proficiency
- Mastery in building and managing email campaigns, nurture programs, and automated workflows
- Expertise in lead management, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign measurement
- Experience working directly with stakeholders and business users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with other Oracle CX platforms
- Knowledge of CRM systems including Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with customer journey mapping and campaign strategy
- Marketing analytics and reporting expertise
