[Remote] Engineering Recruiter

Primary Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter to join their team and support one of their Fortune 500 engineering clients. This role involves managing full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, sourcing candidates, and building strong talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for engineering roles across multiple industries
• Source candidates using engineering networks, recruiting tools, certifications databases, and technical communities
• Build strong pipelines for licensed/certified talent (PE, FE, NICET, etc.)
• Partner with MSP teams and client stakeholders to understand project needs
• Deliver high‑quality submissions with speed, accuracy, and strong communication

Skills

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with engineering or technical roles
• Proven success sourcing niche engineering talent
• Strong understanding of engineering terminology, certifications, and project environments
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms
• High accountability, strong follow-through, and a performance-driven mindset
