This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the US. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving renewal and expansion revenue. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of assigned enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all relationship management and service needs. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer lifetime value, ensuring high rates of retention and expansion. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their current usage, identify areas for improvement, and introduce new features and solutions. Proactively identify and address any potential customer issues or risks to ensure ongoing satisfaction and mitigate churn. Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client business objectives and aligning them with our client's product roadmap. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless and positive client experience. Nurture strong, long-term relationships with key executives and decision-makers within client organizations. Achieve and exceed retention, renewal, and expansion revenue targets for your assigned book of business. Stay informed about industry best practices and competitive offerings to provide strategic advice to clients. Contribute to the development of best practices for remote account management and customer success within the organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector. Proven track record of successfully managing large enterprise accounts and achieving retention and growth targets. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology solutions. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and manage complex client needs. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and account management tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a remote setting. Ability to work effectively across distributed teams and foster strong internal collaborations. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and dedicated to achieving outstanding results in a fully remote environment.
