Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, organize, and validate data for reporting and operational review
- Build or maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
- Communicate findings clearly through summaries, charts, and structured updates
- Maintain data quality, repeatable reporting workflows, and accurate records
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, reports, and data
- Ability to organize information clearly and explain findings in practical terms
- Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, dashboards, or reporting tools preferred
- Reliable communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and consistency
- Experience supporting remote teams or documentation-heavy workflows
- Comfort using common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems depending on role
- Ability to maintain accuracy across recurring tasks and internal systems
