The Education Manager leads the planning, coordination, and execution of operational and technology training programs to support healthcare clients, ensuring staff readiness and engagement throughout implementation and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, coordination, and delivery of operational and technology training programs
- Oversee and coordinate instructional designers, trainers, and ATE go-live support resources
- Develop and manage change management and organizational readiness strategies
- Partner with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to support execution and adoption
- Monitor training progress, readiness indicators, risks, and performance outcomes
- Collaborate with Communications and Marketing to support awareness and stakeholder engagement
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare operations; oncology or specialty care experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale training initiatives
- Proven success in executing change management strategies and readiness planning
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications in Project Management, Training, or Change Management (e.g., Prosci) preferred
