Responsibilities

• Proven leadership of large-scale ERP or Finance Transformation programs
• Strong executive presence and experience working directly with C-suite stakeholders
• Ability to bridge Finance, Accounting, and Technology organizations
• Enterprise-scale program leadership experience
• Platform agnostic perspective (Oracle, Workday, SAP, etc.)
• Strong governance, change management, and stakeholder management capabilities
• Comfortable operating in politically complex environments

Skills

• Proven leadership of large-scale ERP or Finance Transformation programs
• Strong executive presence and experience working directly with C-suite stakeholders
• Ability to bridge Finance, Accounting, and Technology organizations
• Enterprise-scale program leadership experience
• Platform agnostic perspective (Oracle, Workday, SAP, etc.)
• Strong governance, change management, and stakeholder management capabilities

• Big Four consulting background (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG)
• Experience leading Oracle ERP implementations
• Working knowledge of Workday Financials
• Retail industry experience, particularly within large multi-location organizations
