The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing revenue cycle data, developing reporting, and delivering actionable insights to support operational and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with operational teams to address business needs through data analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to support business priorities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 4+ years of experience in business analytics or related field
- Advanced Excel skills and experience
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way
- Revenue Cycle or healthcare experience
- Power BI
- Epic experience
