They are seeking a senior full-stack engineer to build features and APIs that will support a billion users in finding mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Build core platform features and APIs — discovery, matching, booking, scheduling, messaging, provider operations
- Focus on data modeling, edge cases, and architecture decisions that actually matter
- Develop AI-powered booking and live translation — real-time audio translation and frictionless booking
- Ship production software serving real users in 200+ countries, carefully, reversibly, and under review
- Automate processes and utilize tooling to enhance productivity and efficiency
Skills
- Senior full-stack engineer experience
- Proficiency in React and Next.js
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience in building production software
- Ability to operate independently without management
- Experience with AI and automation tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in shipping features that users depend on
