The Growth Advisor role involves supporting clients with growth, pricing, marketing, sales, go-to-market, and product strategies, delivering practical, analytical, and implementation-oriented solutions. Advisors work flexibly across various engagement models, collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Support or lead workstreams across strategy, growth, pricing, marketing, sales, GTM, product, or analytics
- Structure ambiguous business questions into clear analyses and recommendations
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
- Build models, analyses, presentations, and client-ready deliverables
- Synthesize insights into clear recommendations for client leadership
- Collaborate with FintastIQ team members, clients, and external partners
- Bring a proactive, practical, and ownership-oriented approach to client work
- Mentor junior team members, where applicable

- Experience working across B2B and B2C sectors

- Ability to work independently in a remote-first, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with AI tools, automation, analytics tools, or technology-enabled workflows
- Exposure to tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Salesforce, HubSpot, ChatGPT / Codex, Claude, Gemini / AntiGravity, or similar platforms
- MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent experience preferred for senior roles
