Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. UltraPoint is a rapidly growing company that automates the creation of high-stakes documents for professionals. The Growth & Operations Lead will be responsible for building the Creator Affiliate Program from scratch, focusing on partnerships, funnel ownership, and operational systems.
Responsibilities
- Define & Source: Identify ideal creator profiles across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and niche communities (Discord, Slack, WhatsApp)
- Outreach: Write high-converting outreach emails and messages that close partnerships
- Lead by Example: Use your own social media (especially LinkedIn) to promote UltraPoint, publish results, and drive direct sign-ups
- Program Design: Architect the end-to-end affiliate program: commission structures, referral links, onboarding, and payouts
- Metrics: Own partner activation, referred-user conversion, CAC, and retention
- Analytics: Run A/B tests, cohort analysis, and attribution tracking to scale what works
- Forecasting: Predict creator-driven growth in line with product needs
- Infrastructure: Build the systems to source, vet, and manage creator partners at scale
- Payouts: Own commission operations and ensure clean performance visibility
- Retention: Implement mechanisms to reduce churn and reward top performers
Skills
- Experience in growth, partnerships, or ops within fast-paced, high-autonomy environments (startups, marketplaces, creator programs)
- Comfort using your own social media/LinkedIn to create content and promote a product
- A proven feel for scaling user bases or creator networks with creative, data-driven methods
- Strong grasp of marketing funnels, performance metrics, and experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis)
- Excellent communication, a bias for action, and comfort building from zero
- An engaged personal audience on LinkedIn, X, or other platforms
- Existing relationships with finance, consulting, or productivity creators
- Experience running affiliate, referral, or influencer programs
- Familiarity with the AI tools landscape or a consulting/finance background
