As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with warm leads, set appointments, and support the Field Sales team, all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with warm leads who have already expressed interest in preplanning
- Make around 200 dials per day to set client appointments to meet with a local professional
- Support the Field Sales team by providing accurate information to help educate clients
- Develop sales skills through ongoing training and professional development
- Work remotely with a flexible schedule including half-day Fridays
- Provide needed solutions to clients using warm leads
Skills
- Sales experience (phone, in-person, insurance, retail)
- Demonstrate common sense, compassion, and empathy, on the phone and with colleagues
- Comfortability with PC operations, software and video conferencing
- Ability to type notes effectively, experience with CRM systems a bonus!
- Ability to work any designated day shift (Monday-Thursday 9 hour shifts, Friday 4 hour shift and done by 12PM PST)
