CBTS is seeking an IT Finance Business Partner who will serve as a key financial partner to senior IT leadership, providing financial insights across operational, project, and strategic spending. This role focuses on delivering actionable analysis to support decision making and enhance financial performance within the technology organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key financial partner to senior IT leadership, providing financial insights across operational, project, and strategic spending
- Deliver clear, actionable analysis that supports informed decision making, strengthens cost accountability, and enhances the financial performance of the technology organization
- Build, maintain, and analyze comprehensive financial views across spend categories, enabling leaders to understand total cost of ownership and investment tradeoffs
- Partner with business leaders to strengthen cost accountability practices and reinforce transparency in IT spending
Skills
- Bachelor's Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field required
- Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
- Seven (7) years of experience in accounting or finance, including two (2) years of strategic cost management required
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Managed care or healthcare experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SAP Finance and BI tools (e.g., ERP, planning tools, dashboards) preferred
