[Remote] Junior SAP SD Functional Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IDEXX is seeking a Junior SAP SD Application Analyst to help deliver solutions that support the organization’s strategic goals and ongoing SAP Sales module initiatives. In this role, you will manage and optimize sales and distribution processes while collaborating with stakeholders to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize end‑to‑end sales and distribution processes, including order management, pricing, billing, and logistics execution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP SD modules, resolve issues, and support continuous process improvements
• Develop, implement, and support continuous business requirements on the global SAP system to tailor-make SAP fit the IDEXX evolving business
• Provide production support and project delivery
• Gather business requirements
• Perform functional analysis and deliver functional design documents
• Configure the system and support developers when needed
• Provide testing support

Skills

• 1+ years of experience with the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Module
• Curiosity, willingness to learn
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or other Information Technology degrees or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Order-to-Cash processes, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, and pricing
• Ability to create functional specifications and work with ABAP developers
• Experience in IDoc/EDI processing and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience supporting production incidents, root-cause analysis, and enhancements
• Excellent problem solving skills required
• Experience with S/4HANA SD is preferred
• Good to have SAP Test Automation Experience such as creating the scripts and work with QE Team
