Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of catering logistics, including transportation, inventory management, equipment deployment, and staffing coordination for events. Develop and implement efficient logistical plans and routes to ensure on-time delivery of food, beverages, and supplies. Manage inventory levels for catering equipment, linens, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and coordinating procurement. Supervise and mentor a team of remote logistics coordinators, providing guidance and ensuring performance standards are met. Collaborate with sales, culinary, and event management teams to gather event requirements and translate them into logistical plans. Utilize logistics software and technology to track shipments, manage schedules, and optimize resource allocation. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food handling regulations throughout the logistical process. Requirements A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in logistics management, supply chain, or operations, with a significant focus on event or catering logistics. Proven experience in leading and managing remote teams. Strong understanding of inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and fleet management principles.
