They are seeking a Business Development Representative to expand market reach through strategic sales initiatives targeting various sectors, including government and corporate entities.

Skills
- 1+ year of experience as an SDR/BDR
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude when faced with adversity
- Time management skills, and the ability to work well with a team
- Experience with a robust tech stack is mandatory (HubSpot, Outreach, Zoom, Salesforce, etc.)
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, customer-facing roles, or related experience
- Strong prospecting, research, and organizational skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls, sending emails, and engaging prospects through LinkedIn and other channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with professionals at all levels
- Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve and exceed goals
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability
- Candidates with LegalTech experience move to the top of the list
- SaaS, LegalTech, professional services, or technology sales experience
- Interest in LegalTech, dispute resolution, mediation, arbitration, or related industries
