What You Will Do

As a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will provide timely, accurate, and responsive service to policyholders and agents regarding Personal Lines auto insurance policies. You will independently solve a wide range of policy-related problems, escalate complex issues when appropriate, and take ownership of each customer's needs to deliver a high-quality experience that supports both growth and retention.
