Position Overview
careerzynith is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Remote-Live Chat Crisis Support Specialist to join our expanding victim services team. In this fully remote role, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals reaching out through our secure live chat platform, offering immediate emotional support, resource navigation, and crisis intervention services. Key Responsibilities
