They are seeking a Manager, Corporate Sales to lead a team of Corporate Account Executives in driving revenue growth and acquiring new business in the mid-market segment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Corporate Account Executives
- Drive pipeline growth and help the team achieve revenue goals
- Provide deal support, sales coaching, and performance management
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue
- Partner with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent
- Meet with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and demonstrate CrowdStrike’s value
Skills
- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity
- 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance
- Salesforce experience and forecasting skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience
- Channel sales experience preferred
