The role involves leading market research studies, delivering consumer insights, and managing vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quantitative and qualitative market research studies
- Design and execute research projects, including survey development, questionnaire design, focus groups, and in-depth interviews
- Deliver actionable consumer insights that influence brand, marketing, and business strategies
- Manage relationships with third-party research vendors and agencies
- Conduct brand health tracking, communications tracking, creative testing, and media effectiveness research
- Analyze primary, secondary, and syndicated research data to identify trends and business opportunities
- Present compelling, data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
- Support multiple research initiatives simultaneously while ensuring high-quality project execution
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in primary market research
- Strong experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Experience leading brand health, communications tracking, creative testing, and media effectiveness studies
- 3+ years of client-side market research experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting a Fortune 500 company or a recognized leader in marketing and market research
- Strong analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Experience working with research platforms and analytical tools such as SQL, SPSS, Python, R, SAS, or similar is a plus
