Horizontal Talent is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to leverage expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for impactful campaigns and optimized marketing operations. The role involves designing and executing email and SMS campaigns, managing audience segmentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and oversee email and SMS campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Manage audience segmentation and personalization to enhance customer engagement
• Ensure seamless customer journey orchestration and validate campaign assets before deployment
• Monitor campaign performance and address any delivery or automation issues promptly
• Document campaign processes and maintain compliance with data governance standards
• Support technical initiatives and optimize platform functionalities for improved efficiency
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance campaign strategies and automation scalability

Skills

• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio and Journey Builder
• Strong SQL skills for data management and audience segmentation
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize automated customer journeys
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management
• Capability to manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus
• Experience with enterprise-scale CRM or lifecycle marketing programs
• Familiarity with AMPscript, HTML/CSS for email, and dynamic content configuration
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools related to marketing automation
