Poppins, Inc. is redefining pediatric care for today's working families, and they are seeking a part-time Marketing Manager to join their team. The role focuses on executing marketing initiatives through content creation, campaign execution, and project management across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Poppins' content calendar across multiple marketing channels
- Create compelling content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, blogs, and other digital channels
- Develop SEO-driven articles and educational resources that drive organic traffic
- Create and execute email nurture campaigns and newsletters to engage prospects and customers throughout the customer journey
- Repurpose webinars, founder insights, customer stories, research, and clinical expertise into engaging marketing assets
- Create tailored content for multiple stakeholder audiences, including: parents and caregivers, pediatricians and healthcare providers, daycares and preschools, employers and HR leaders, and employee benefits brokers and consultants
- Coordinate with internal clinical experts and leadership to ensure all content is accurate, evidence-based, and aligned with the Poppins brand
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend optimizations based on analytics
- Support product launches, campaigns, webinars, white papers, sales collateral, and thought leadership initiatives
- Help ensure a consistent, authentic brand voice across every customer touchpoint
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of SEO and content strategy
- Experience managing content calendars and social media platforms
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Experience with healthcare or parenting a plus, but not required
