Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sriven Systems Inc. is seeking a NetSuite Systems Analyst to enhance their Oracle NetSuite environment. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, implementing system enhancements, and providing guidance on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders across partner companies to understand business processes and system needs
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Recommend and implement enhancements within the Oracle NetSuite environment
- Serve as the liaison between business users and technical resources
- Provide guidance and direction on NetSuite best practices and solution design
- Configure and enhance NetSuite functionality to support operational requirements
- Perform hands-on NetSuite development and customization as needed
- Support ongoing improvement initiatives and system optimization efforts
- Help drive projects independently from requirements gathering through implementation
Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle NetSuite administration, configuration, and support
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into system solutions
- Business Systems Analyst and/or Business Analyst background
- Ability to work directly with business leaders and operational stakeholders
- Experience implementing NetSuite enhancements and process improvements
- Strong communication and consulting skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives
