Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Minisoft Technologies LLC is seeking an Oracle Finance Consultant to lead the Finance workstream for the ERP Discovery Phase. The role involves defining future-state finance processes and designing Oracle Fusion Financials across various financial domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance discovery workshops with business and finance stakeholders
- Assess current-state finance processes and systems
- Design future-state processes aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices
- Lead process design for: Record-to-Report (R2R), Consolidation-to-Close (C2C), Cost Accounting, Asset Management (A2R), Financial Reporting
- Conduct Oracle Fusion fit-gap analysis
- Define accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Identify SOX control and governance considerations
- Collaborate with SCM and Commercial teams on integrated process design
- Develop business requirements, risks, dependencies, and implementation recommendations
- Support roadmap and deployment planning
Skills
- 12+ years of Finance transformation and ERP consulting experience
- 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Financials experience
- Expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Management, and Financial Reporting
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Semiconductor manufacturing costing experience
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification
- Experience leading ERP discovery and blueprinting initiatives
