Aer-Flo Sports is seeking a high-performing, experienced Outside Sales Representative / National Account Manager to join our rapidly growing business and play a critical role in driving revenue growth. This role is responsible for acquiring new business and customer relationships within their core product categories.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and grow a portfolio of accounts within the assigned territory
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our full product line
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Provide detailed proposals, product recommendations, and tailored solutions
- Manage opportunities/projects from initial quote through order fulfillment
- Partner with Sales Operations Team including CAD, Design, and customer service to provide customers with best-in-class sales/estimate adjacent services
Skills
- 3–10 years of outside sales or account management experience
- Demonstrated success managing a recurring book of business within relevant product categories
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent time management skills, strong organization, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to details
