About the Role

The Overnight Customer Care Specialist is a critical member of the careerzynith team, serving as the very first voice our clients hear when they call. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls, providing thoughtful and accurate responses, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of service our clients have come to expect from careerzynith.

This is a fully remote, full-time position working 40 hours per week during overnight hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. You must be available to work some weekends, or in some cases every weekend, within the same overnight window. Because our clients depend on us around the clock, your consistency and reliability during these hours directly impacts the experience they have with careerzynith.

A Day in the Life
