We are currently looking for a dedicated and driven Remote Part-Time Customer Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Customer Sales Executive at careerzynith, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that our customers come to trust. You will engage with both new and existing customers, providing warm, needs-based consultations that help them select the most appropriate personal alarm and lifestyle solution for their circumstances. This is not a cold-calling role — every conversation begins with an existing relationship, an inbound enquiry, or a qualified lead, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: listening, advising, and delivering value.
You will play an instrumental part in driving customer satisfaction, brand advocacy, and commercial performance. Working remotely from the comfort of your own home, you will manage inbound enquiries, conduct outbound follow-up calls, and build lasting relationships that contribute directly to careerzynith's continued growth and reputation for excellence.
This is a permanent part-time position offering either 15 or 17 hours per week, fully remote. We offer flexibility through three shift pattern options, allowing you to select the schedule that best fits your lifestyle:
You will be required to complete two weeks of full-time training, Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 16:30, prior to commencing your regular shift pattern. Training will be fully remote and paid, providing you with comprehensive product knowledge, systems training, and the tools to succeed in your role.
