They are seeking a results-oriented Account Manager to support the management and optimization of pay-per-call accounts, enhancing buyer relationships and campaign performance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers to support alignment on KPIs, call requirements, and campaign expectations
- Serve as a key point of contact for buyers, helping ensure they receive high-quality calls that match their criteria and support strong campaign performance
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts by improving performance, increasing volume where possible, and understanding evolving buyer needs
- Manage day-to-day communication with advertisers and buyers, helping address performance or quality issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use Ringba as the main platform to support campaign management activities, including setting up targets, managing publishers, and configuring routing plans
- Analyze campaign performance and help identify opportunities to improve Revenue Per Call (RPC). This may include working with Ringba’s predictive routing, testing different buyer configurations, and reviewing performance data
- Support the search, setup, and management of new targets within Ringba to help expand campaign reach and buyer options
- Help develop and implement routing strategies to ensure calls are directed to suitable buyers based on performance, availability, and campaign requirements
- Coordinate with Ringba support when needed for troubleshooting, feature enablement, and platform-related questions
- Analyze campaign data to help identify growth opportunities and support strategies aimed at increasing call volume and revenue while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor call quality, conversion rates, and ROI using Ringba’s reporting tools, helping provide actionable insights to support campaign optimization and decision-making
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Publisher Manager and Business Developer to help align supply from publishers with buyer demand
- Work closely with internal teams to support campaign efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company goals
Skills
- Native or near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken, to work directly with the U.S. market. C2 level required
- 1 to 4+ years of experience in Pay-Per-Call, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing account management
- Solid knowledge of Ringba, including target setup, predictive routing, and reporting
- Ability to interpret campaign data and identify opportunities to support performance and Revenue Per Call (RPC) optimization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive and professional relationships with buyers and partners
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while working collaboratively with internal teams
- Familiarity with compliance standards, such as TCPA
- Experience with other pay-per-call or call-tracking platforms, such as Invoca or Retreaver
- Existing relationships with publishers or buyers in verticals such as Water Damage, ACA, Final Expense, or Auto Insurance would be a plus
