Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MPower Plus is seeking a Platform Engineer skilled in AWS EKS (Kubernetes) and open source software. The role involves implementing open source data infrastructure solutions such as Apache Pinot, Apache Druid, and Trino on Amazon EKS and requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Python scripting, and Docker.
Responsibilities
- Implement Open Source software's like Apache Pinot, Apache Druid, Trino in a Well architected way on Amazon EKS
- Work on non-AWS and Open Source software
- Navigate customer complex environment and hierarchy to identify the technical solution
- Work on high risk novel solution which are not done before
- Work on 100% hands-on role, comfortable with Development with IDE, Git, Coding Best Practices etc
Skills
- Kubernetes/EKS, hands on experience

- Data OSS software (Trino, Spark, Pinot, etc...) - minimum rating 3
- Familiarity of Datalake and Spark/Hive
