They are seeking a Product Manager to connect business, technology, user experience, and AI to develop scalable digital products that address market needs and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to understand opportunities, objections, market needs, and recurring customer requirements
- Translate commercial conversations into real product opportunities
- Support strategic sales processes with clarity on product capabilities, limitations, roadmap, and differentiators
- Identify which commercial requirements should become scalable product features and which should be avoided as custom developments
- Build demos, product narratives, use cases, one-pagers, and materials that support sales, renewals, and expansion
- Join key customer conversations when needed to understand needs, clarify scope, or validate product opportunities
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and impact criteria for each product, module, feature, or initiative
- Build and maintain product dashboards to monitor usage, adoption, conversion, efficiency, quality, profitability, and user experience
- Define metrics before new features are developed, ensuring clarity on the problem being solved and how success will be measured
- Measure product performance after launch, identifying improvement opportunities, low adoption, friction, or deviations from expected outcomes
- Connect product indicators with business metrics such as ARR, MRR, retention, expansion, churn, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Use data to prioritize product decisions, justify investments, eliminate low-impact features, and identify commercial opportunities
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt, or similar platforms to accelerate research, documentation, analysis, prototyping, and solution design
- Apply AI to internal product processes to increase speed, quality, and synthesis capacity
- Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI into COCO’s products
- Experiment with agents, prompts, assisted workflows, automations, and internal copilots
- Use AI with strong judgment, validating outputs and avoiding reliance on unverified or low-quality information
- Research markets, competitors, trends, technologies, and customer needs
- Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable documents for decision-making
- Turn interviews, data, meetings, and feedback into concrete insights
- Separate real signals from noise
- Build strategic inputs for roadmap, go-to-market, pricing, positioning, and feature development
- Create low- and mid-fidelity functional or visual prototypes to validate ideas quickly
- Validate hypotheses before committing significant technical resources
- Test flows, screens, journeys, dashboards, and automations with internal users or customers
- Reduce uncertainty through fast experimentation
- Facilitate conversations with engineering, sales, and customers using tangible prototypes
- Create PRDs, one-pagers, user stories, acceptance criteria, flow maps, briefs, functional documentation, and launch documents
- Write clear materials for engineering, sales, support, implementation, and leadership teams
- Document decisions, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and expected metrics
- Maintain clarity on what is being built, why it is being built, who it is for, and how success will be measured
- Ensure user stories and acceptance criteria are clear, complete, and actionable for the engineering team
- Design features when the problem is not yet fully defined
- Ask the right questions before jumping into solutions
- Interview users, observe behaviors, review data, and validate hypotheses
- Turn ambiguous problems into simple, useful, and scalable solutions
- Make decisions with incomplete information while maintaining rigor
- Design features considering the impact on end users, customer operations, COCO’s internal teams, and technical scalability
- Understand how product decisions impact revenue, costs, margin, retention, expansion, and scalability
- Prioritize features based on economic impact, customer value, technical effort, and monetization potential
- Identify opportunities for packaging, pricing, upsell, cross-sell, and differentiation
- Avoid features that increase operational complexity without a clear return
- Connect product decisions with ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV, and operational efficiency
- Review the final quality of features before and after launch
- Evaluate user experience, flow clarity, ease of use, visual consistency, and operational friction
- Work with QA, design, and engineering to ensure the delivered product meets the expected quality standard
- Identify usability problems, confusion, or low adoption
- Propose UX improvements based on data, observation, customer feedback, and usability testing
Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Product Analyst, Growth Product Manager, Product Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience working with both commercial and technical teams
- Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, or product measurement systems
- Experience documenting requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product artifacts
- Experience using AI to accelerate work processes
- Experience in discovery, research, prioritization, and feature validation
- Conversational English required
- Practical experience using Jira
- Notion, Confluence, or Google Docs
- Figma or Miro
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
- Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Bolt, or similar tools
- Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Metabase, Power BI, or other dashboarding tools
