Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Quikr is seeking an experienced Product Manager – AI to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-native developer tooling. The ideal candidate will define and evolve AI-focused product capabilities, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and ensure developers have intuitive, reliable experiences when building AI-powered applications.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for AI-powered developer platform capabilities
- Define product strategy for AI tooling, developer workflows, APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, and platform integrations
- Gather customer feedback from startups, enterprise customers, and developer communities to identify product opportunities
- Translate customer insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Leadership to deliver high-impact product releases
- Prioritize features, enhancements, technical improvements, and reliability initiatives based on customer value and business goals
- Define success metrics before product launches and measure adoption, activation, engagement, and overall product performance
- Monitor product performance using qualitative and quantitative data to guide future roadmap decisions
- Advocate for exceptional developer experience through thoughtful product design, documentation, workflows, and usability improvements
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, developer ecosystems, and industry trends to identify new opportunities
- Drive cross-functional communication and ensure stakeholders remain aligned on priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Continuously improve product development processes through experimentation and iterative learning
Skills
- 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, APIs, or developer tools
- Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, cloud platforms, and technical architecture
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools, large language models (LLMs), or AI-enabled developer workflows
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver successful product launches
- Experience using data and customer insights to make informed product decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous work environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience building products for software developers or technical audiences
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools and modern developer platforms
- Understanding of AI application development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or database technologies
- Startup or founder experience is an advantage
- Experience with experimentation, product analytics, and product evaluation frameworks
