Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Market Traders Institute is seeking a technical and self-directed Product Manager to lead the integration and AI-driven experiences of their platform. The role involves owning the product direction, designing AI agents, and improving processes to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own product direction for integrations, APIs, and AI-driven features across the platform
- Design and iterate on AI agents that measurably improve sales, support, and the overall user experience
- Prototype quickly with AI tooling, then partner with engineering to harden and ship what works
- Identify process and experience gaps, prioritize them against impact, and drive them to resolution
- Write clear specs, briefs, and decision docs — this team documents its thinking
- Define and track the metrics that show whether the work is actually improving outcomes
- Communicate progress and surface blockers proactively — you will operate with a high degree of autonomy
- Continuously deepen your understanding of the system as a whole, not just the feature in front of you
Skills
- A track record of shipping technical products — integrations, APIs, platform features, or workflow tooling
- Fluency with APIs and integrations: you understand how systems talk to each other and can reason about the tradeoffs
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as Claude) to build, prototype, or iterate — not just familiarity with the concept
- A clear point of view on where AI agents help and where they don't, and how to deploy them responsibly
- Comfort working closely with engineers and translating between technical and business contexts
- Strong written communication — this team operates asynchronously and documents its decisions
- Self-directed and capable of navigating ambiguity without needing constant direction
- A bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating over waiting for perfect information
- Hands-on experience deploying AI agents in a sales, support, or customer-experience context
- Familiarity with the underlying tech stack: APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and how services are built and deployed
- Ability to read code and make small edits, or to prototype independently
- Experience owning a product area that spans multiple systems, teams, or technology generations
- Background in process design, operations, or workflow automation
Benefits
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
- Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangement
- Home office or equipment stipend
- Generous PTO and paid holidays
