Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery
- Manage project dependencies, risks, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and operations teams
- Track progress, resolve issues, and provide leadership updates
- Establish program governance, metrics, and continuous improvement practices
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery commitments
Skills
- 9–15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Program Management
- Strong experience managing large, complex programs
- Expertise in stakeholder management, planning, risk management, and reporting
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
