ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple strategic cybersecurity initiatives within a large enterprise Cyber and Information Security organization. This role involves planning, execution, and delivery of projects while collaborating with technical leaders and stakeholders to enhance the organization's security posture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent cybersecurity projects across the enterprise
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans
- Coordinate activities across engineering, security, infrastructure, governance, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and drive accountability for deliverables
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies and escalating when appropriate
- Track project progress against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives while providing regular status updates to leadership
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and align project objectives with organizational goals
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners, ensuring deliverables meet contractual expectations
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and project management processes that improve visibility into cybersecurity initiatives and operational metrics
- Standardize project documentation, templates, and governance practices to improve consistency across programs
- Support portfolio planning activities, including roadmap development, resource forecasting, and prioritization
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline project execution and enhance team collaboration
- Ensure projects adhere to enterprise governance standards, security policies, and compliance requirements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex technology or cybersecurity initiatives
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Experience creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and executive status reporting
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating work across multiple departments
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity or information security organizations
- Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as Security Operations, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), or Security Engineering
- Experience developing executive dashboards and portfolio reporting
- Knowledge of enterprise governance, regulatory, or compliance environments
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar project management certification
- Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern enterprise technology environments
