Responsibilities
- Leading projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Managing schedules, budgets, quality, and field operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and project teams
- Driving safety and quality standards across the jobsite
- Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
Skills
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction project management experience
- Experience leading projects valued at $50M+
- Strong background in safety, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and client relationships
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and project controls
- Data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large-scale commercial construction experience is highly preferred
