United Consulting Hub is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Quality Control Analyst to support analytical testing, laboratory documentation, and quality activities within pharmaceutical and life sciences environments. This position is ideal for recent graduates who want to build practical experience in laboratory operations, analytical instrumentation, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using approved laboratory procedures
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and FTIR
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and company quality standards
- Record, review, and maintain accurate laboratory documentation in notebooks and electronic systems
- Assist with method verification, instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, and equipment qualification
- Support investigations related to out-of-specification (OOS), out-of-trend (OOT), and laboratory deviations
- Participate in stability testing, environmental monitoring, and sample management activities
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Research & Development, and other cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and data integrity requirements
Skills
- Internship or academic lab experience in pharma / biotech QC
- Hands-on exposure to HPLC, GC, or spectroscopy techniques
- Familiarity with data integrity (ALCOA principles)
- Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- Experience with LIMS or electronic lab systems
