They are seeking a Regional Growth Leader to build relationships with utilities and drive growth efforts in municipal utilities for water, wastewater, and bio solids operations and maintenance opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with utility leaders and community leaders in strategic growth regions
- Promote the values of Veolia, Private Public Partnership contracting and contract operations to communities
- Identify and align Veolia’s offerings and value with key utility challenges
- Coordinate and lead proposal efforts and RFP response activities
- Manage reporting for all commercial activities for key contracts
- Work collaboratively with regional VP, site leadership, Technical & Performance resources
- Manage the internal corporate and compliance approval process for opportunities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Build strong relationships with utility leaders and community leaders in strategic growth regions
- Promote the values of Veolia, Private Public Partnership contracting and contract operations to communities
- Identify and align Veolia's offerings and value with key utility challenges
- Coordinate and lead proposal efforts and RFP response activities
- Manage reporting for all commercial activities for key contracts

- Travel is required at least 75% of the time
- Travel within the region may be both local and overnight

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Contracting with Utilities and Private Public Partnership experience preferred
- Water utility experience preferred
