They are seeking motivated individuals to join their Inside Sales Representative team to handle inbound sales calls, consult customers on insurance needs, and convert leads into policyholders. The role includes paid training, licensing opportunities, and flexible remote work arrangements with a focus on customer-centric sales.
Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Skillfully pick up the phone and use sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand, connect customers to the right products for their individual needs
- Adapt well to different environments, schedules, and the varying needs of policyholders
- Care that customers get exactly the quality products and services they need
- Begin paid training in a remote work environment
- Hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license (paid training includes licensing if not already licensed)
- Work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with specified shift options
- Maintain a professional workspace with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection meeting minimum speed requirements
- Communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Use strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
- Exhibit excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Demonstrate strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
Skills
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
