- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for monitoring key metrics
- Guiding teams in interpreting analytics and promoting self-service data tools
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and documentation across product data sources
- Utilizing tools like SQL, Power BI, and product analytics platforms to analyze data
Skills
- 3+ years in data analysis within a product or digital environment
- Experience with SQL, data visualization, and behavioral data analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Curiosity and critical thinking
- Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, or related field
- Experience with tools like Pendo, Google Analytics, and Jira
- Familiarity with agile product development processes
