The role involves developing safety measurement strategies, utilizing data-driven methods to evaluate safety initiatives, and designing scalable models to enhance safety measures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead safety measurement strategies, define key metrics, and create dashboards to monitor safety experiences
- Use data-driven methods, including experiments and causal analyses, to evaluate safety initiatives and their ROI
- Design scalable models using machine learning, statistical, and GenAI techniques to enhance safety measures
- Support product development from problem framing to post-launch monitoring
- Stay current on ML advancements to improve abuse detection
- Translate complex analyses into clear insights for stakeholders and mentor junior team members
Skills
- Ph.D. or M.S. in quantitative fields with extensive industry experience
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in SQL
